LSDirect switch
Some m3u8 file have problems and fail. LSPro just passes the m3u to kodi but sometimes it fails after HEAD request.
However, the same url works when we use xbmc.Player().play option so the issue is also with Kodi player when it runs with .setResolved.
So if you have $$LSDirect$$ in your url, it will use .Play method instead of urlresolve. This is not required for 99% of m3u8.
