Introduction to LSPRO
Natively Kodi can only play stream urls from m3u playlists via the SimpleTV PVR plugin or similar. LSPRO is an incredibly powerful extension to Kodi that allows to extract stream urls from the original site pages and pass the urls to Kodi for playing. For the extraction of stream urls LSPRO provides numerous functions such as regular expressions, call to python libraries and functions and automatic building of stream lists displayed in the addon source menu.
LSPro can also download streams as mp4 video via the right-click context menu of a play item. If the play item title contains the string "[mp3]" the stream will be downloaded as mp3.
